Chain Whip

A chain whip is a tool used to remove a bicycle cassette, which is the series of sprockets located on the rear wheel of the bicycle.

It is often used when it is necessary to replace a worn cassette or to install a cassette with a different number or larger sprockets. With therefore a bigger amplitude of use which will allow to pass from the speeds at the level of the front plates of the bicycle (assembly in mono plate as on the modern bicycles).

This type of assembly will allow to have with a mid drive motor more torque at the rear wheel in the strong unevenness.
