very easy to install or remove, just plug or unplug it from the motor cable, it is not necessary to remove the motor from the bike.
An engine that no longer works well in terms of accelerator management is a sign of a controller fault, this happens for 3 reasons:
-When permanently connecting the battery without being in the OFF position on the triggers
– Immersion in water.
– Overheating due to too big a gear, when you don’t “turn your legs” enough (too small sprocket on the rear cassette compared to the speed of the bike) generally on the road when you want to ride fast for a long time.
Nota: the control screen allows you to check these areas of use, if you do not have it and your controller is faulty, we advise you to buy it and check the data while driving in order to optimize consumption and to avoid overheating.
Remember to put a 20 amp fuse on the battery if this is not the case this will protect the controller in case of overheating.
You can seal under the heat-shrink sheath with Rubson Butyl roofing mastic, or any other mastic.
