Check the compatibility of a bike, to transform it into an electric bike.
BOSCH, Yamaha, Brose, Bafang, offers a model of engine for any use.
The LIFT-MTB bike motor is also suitable for all practices.
Like BOSCH, Yamaha, Brose, Bafang, the LIFT-MTB bike motor is suitable for all practices:

UNDER FRAME.
Most frame shapes are compatible, some architectures lend themselves better to our system.
Between a frame that offers excellent integration, and a frame where the clearance is less good, there is a whole range of possible positions.
Only the engine support changes, so it is possible to pass an engine either internally, or under frame by changing only the support.
A frame that offers perfect clearance.
Perfect mounting of the bike motor under the frame.
The architecture allows the Mountain Bikes (MTB) engine to be mounted in the frame.

Tip for checking frame compatibility:
Here is a procedure that will allow you to make a cardboard model of the LIFT-MTB system.
Check if your frame is compatible for the motor kit in a few minutes.
Download and print the A4 model, then make the cardboard model:
Once made, present the model on your bike to validate the compatibility with your frame.
Spécial série main plate long version
We also produce a limited series of a longer +35mm engine mount.
This support allows the LIFT MTB electric motor to be better placed in certain specific frames.
This long electric motor support is also thicker to gain rigidity.
Add 35mm to the cardboard models if you want to see the result, or contact us for more details on this option.
Electric mountain bike ground clearance:
It is generally considered that the electric motor of the bike should be higher than the large chainring.
The necessary ground clearance will vary depending on the course, or your practice, but that’s for you to judge!

Fixing the motor to the frame
Electric motor attachment for bicycle:
The LIFT-MTB system is attached to the upper part without drilling, thanks to a universal rubber buffer clamp with cable clamping.
For the fixing of the lower part it is fixed to the 3 “ISCG” pins of the anti-derailleur of your frame.
The ISCG studs are the holes on your frame around the bottom bracket (in red on the picture).
You must check for the presence of these fasteners on your frame.
There are two standards ISCG03 and ISCG 05, we offer both types of supports.
Note that ISCG 05 is the most common (theoretically bikes from 2005 to now), and that ISCG 03 tends to disappear (theoretically bikes between 2003 and 2005).
In order not to mislead you, here are the dimensions in mm of the two existing versions, and a test PDF document.

If you do not have ISCG mounting studs.
You can add removable studs to fix the Mountain Bikes (MTB) motor kit, depending on the bottom bottom bracket of your bike (BSA, BB30, PF30, BB92)

Check the standard of your bottom bracket axle
Check the standard of your bottom bracket axle
The LIFT-MTB “V4” system allows you to keep your bottom bracket and change only the cranks without disassembling or changing the bottom bracket, making the change of configuration simple and fast.
If you want to quickly change your bike from one configuration to another, simply put on or remove the axle diameter adapter set that matches your current bottom bracket axle.
Axle version of the pedal motor kit:
In the kit are included, different adapters of axis diameter, in order to transform the diameter of the axis of the kit from 22mm in the following standards:
– 24 mm: Race face (steel axle version) and Shimano Hollowtech, some FSA.
– 28.99mm: SRAM DUB (version with aluminum axle).
– 30 mm: Rotor, E13 , Race face , HXR (version with aluminum axle).
– 22 mm left side, and 24 mm right side: SRAM GXP.
Concerning the length of the axle the standard version is suitable for all bikes (Dh / xc / road /enduro / all mountain…)
Specific assembly type: electric tandem and electric fat bike.
Model fat bike electric.
The standard model of the kit comes with an axle compatible with most bikes whether your frame is a wide DH or a narrow cross country version.
For electric fat bikes with extra large frames we offer a specific fat version with 2 longer bottom bracket axle lengths:
- The long version for FAT BIKE bikes with a frame distance of 170mm has the rear wheel.
- The extra long version for FAT BIKE bikes with a frame distance of 190mm rear wheel.
The different pedal motor axles.

Electric tandem version.
We offer a specific tandem version thanks to a specific crankset with chainrings on each side.
- Front or rear motorization.
